Active Ingredients

• Dosulepin (Dothiepin) 50mg œ A tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) that helps relieve depression, anxiety, and nerve pain.
• Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) œ Supports nerve function and repair, reducing symptoms of neuropathy (nerve damage).

Uses

• Neuropathic Pain (Diabetic neuropathy, sciatica, post-herpetic neuralgia)
• Depression & Anxiety Disorders
• Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Syndromes
• Nerve Regeneration & Vitamin B12 Deficiency

Dosage & Administration

• Usually 1 tablet daily at bedtime (due to its sedative effect), or as prescribed.
• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.
