• Composition:
  • Lansoprazole 30 mg
  • Clarithromycin 250 mg
  • Tinidazole 500 mg
• Used for:
  • Treatment of H. pylori infection
  • Gastric and duodenal ulcers
  • Gastritis and chronic acid-related disorders caused by H. pylori
• How it works:
  • Lansoprazole: reduces stomach acid and helps ulcer healing
  • Clarithromycin: antibiotic that stops H. pylori growth
  • Tinidazole: antibiotic that kills H. pylori and other bacteria
• How to take:
  • Usually taken once or twice daily as per doctor’s instructions
  • Preferably before food
  • Complete the full course — do not stop early
• Common side-effects:
  • Nausea, vomiting
  • Stomach discomfort, bloating
  • Diarrhea
  • Metallic or altered taste
