Rantac MPS Solution is an antacid and antiflatulent formula that provides relief from gastric disturbances. It contains Magaldrate and Simethicone as the active ingredients that assist in bloating, gas, indigestion, heartburn, and stomach ulcers.

Magaldrate neutralizes the excessive amount of acid in the stomach. Simethicone promotes the disintegration of gas bubbles to facilitate the passage of gas to travel by in the stomach, thus relieving gastric issues.
