The R.b.kool 20 Tablet, containing Rabeprazole 20mg, is a medication used to reduce the amount of acid produced in your stomach. It helps treat acid-related conditions of the stomach and intestine, such as acid reflux (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. R.b.kool 20 Tablet provides relief from symptoms like heartburn and promotes healing of the digestive tract.

You should take R.b.kool 20 Tablet one hour before a meal, ideally in the morning. Your doctor will determine the correct dose based on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. For best results, take it regularly at the same time each day as prescribed, even if your symptoms improve quickly. To help manage your symptoms, consider eating smaller, more frequent meals and avoiding caffeinated drinks (tea, coffee) as well as spicy or fatty foods.

Common side effects of R.b.kool 20 Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, flatulence, diarrhea, and stomach pain. These side effects are usually mild and often resolve on their own. If they bother you or do not go away, talk to your doctor. The risk of certain side effects may increase with longer use. Taking this medicine for more than a year, especially at higher doses, may increase your risk of bone fractures. Discuss with your doctor about ways to maintain bone health, such as taking calcium and vitamin D supplements.

Some individuals taking Rabeprazole 20mg for 3 months or longer have experienced low blood magnesium levels (hypomagnesemia). Symptoms may include tiredness, confusion, dizziness, muscle twitches, and an irregular heartbeat. Your doctor may monitor your magnesium levels during treatment.

R.b.kool 20 Tablet may not be suitable for everyone. Before starting this medication, inform your doctor if you have severe liver problems, are taking medicines for HIV, have a history of allergic reactions to similar medicines, or suffer from bone loss (osteoporosis). Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before using R.b.kool 20 Tablet. Avoid consuming alcohol, as it can increase stomach acid production and worsen your symptoms. If this medicine makes you feel dizzy or sleepy, avoid driving or operating machinery.
