Uses:

Directions of Use
Take R.b.kool Dsr Capsule orally with a glass of water.
It is generally recommended to take this medicine 15-30 minutes before a meal, ideally in the morning, or as advised by your doctor.
Do not chew, crush, or open the capsule. It must be swallowed whole to ensure proper release of the medication.
Follow the dosage and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop the medication prematurely without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate.
Side effects
Common Side Effects: Headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, and dizziness. These are usually mild and temporary.
Less Common Side Effects: Dry mouth, weakness, skin rash, and muscle pain.
Serious Side Effects (Seek immediate medical attention if you experience): Severe allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling of face/tongue/throat, severe dizziness, trouble breathing), persistent diarrhea, severe stomach pain, unusual bruising or bleeding, dark urine, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), irregular heartbeat, or symptoms of low magnesium (muscle spasms, seizures).
