In adults, Reactin SR 100mg Tablet can also be used to alleviate symptoms related to migraine attacks (severe, throbbing headaches often affecting one side of the head), frozen shoulder, fractures, dislocations, and various conditions affecting tendons (such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis). Your doctor may recommend regular check-ups during your treatment with Reactin SR 100mg Tablet to monitor your health and ensure optimal management of your condition.
Reactin SR 100mg Tablet is not recommended for individuals with severe liver or kidney failure, significant heart problems (like a history of heart attack, stroke, or bypass surgery), or if you have an active stomach ulcer, holes in the stomach/intestines, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Before taking Reactin SR 100mg Tablet (Diclofenac 100mg), it's important to inform your doctor if you have any existing liver, kidney, heart, or bleeding problems, diabetes, asthma, or if you are scheduled for any surgical procedure.
This medicine is not suitable for pregnant women (especially during the last three months of pregnancy) and breastfeeding mothers. Reactin SR 100mg Tablet is also not recommended for use in children under 14 years of age; please consult your child's doctor for appropriate alternatives if needed.

Side effects
Stop taking Reactin SR 100mg Tablet and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following severe side effects:
- Severe stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, or persistent nausea.
- Any signs of bleeding in the stomach or gut, such as black tarry stools, blood in stool, or vomiting blood/coffee-ground material.
- Allergic reactions including severe skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, or difficulty breathing/swallowing.
- Sudden and severe chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness on one side of the body, or slurred speech (potential signs of heart attack or stroke).
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), dark urine, or persistent nausea and vomiting (possible signs of liver problems).
- Significant decrease in urine output, swelling in the ankles or feet (possible signs of kidney problems).
