RESWAS COUGH SYRUP is a combination of Chlorpheniramine and Levodropropizine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines and Cough suppressants respectively. It is used to manage dry cough due to various reasons. It is also used to manage allergic cough, hay fever, common cold, watery eyes, itchy throat/skin, rhinitis, urticaria.

Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this medicine as this may lead to unwanted effects. RESWAS COUGH SYRUP is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver disease. Contact your doctor before taking.

Before taking RESWAS COUGH SYRUP inform your doctor if you have lung, kidney, liver or heart disease.

RESWAS COUGH SYRUP is generally not recommended for use in pregnancy. Contact your doctor before taking. RESWAS COUGH SYRUP is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women as it may pass through the breast milk. Contact your doctor before taking.

RESWAS COUGH SYRUP is not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age. Contact your doctor before taking.

RESWAS COUGH SYRUP should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years or above). Contact your doctor before taking.

The most common side effects of this medicine are sedation, somnolence, exhaustion, constipation, vomiting, dry mouth, attention deficit, abnormal coordination, dizziness. Contact your physician if any of the side effects worsen.
