SILDOO D + 8 CAPSULE is a combination of Silodosin + Dutasteride formulated to provide effective relief from urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia). It helps alleviate signs like frequent urination, especially at night (nocturia), a weak or interrupted urine flow, difficulty starting urination, and a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.

Take SILDOO D + 8 CAPSULE at the same time every day, swallowing it whole without breaking, chewing, or crushing it. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage for you. To maximize its effectiveness, take it consistently and avoid missing doses, even if you feel better. It may take up to 4 weeks to notice significant symptom relief. If your symptoms do not improve or worsen, inform your doctor.

This medication is not suitable for women or children. Before taking SILDOO D + 8 CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, or liver or kidney conditions, as it may not be appropriate for you. Additionally, it can interact with other medications, so ensure your doctor is aware of all medicines you are taking.

You may be advised to use condoms during sexual activity and to monitor your blood pressure regularly. Speak with your healthcare provider if you consume alcohol, as it could affect how this medicine works.

Men taking SILDOO D + 8 CAPSULE should not donate blood for at least 6 months after their last dose, in order to manage the exposure of the medicine to pregnant women via blood transfusion. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking SILDOO D + 8 CAPSULE, as it may lower your blood pressure.

The most common side effects of this medicine include reduced libido, difficulty achieving an erection (impotence), breast tenderness, and breast enlargement.

Dizziness and drowsiness may also occur, especially when starting the treatment. If these side effects persist or bother you, consult your doctor for guidance. Remember, the benefits of this medicine are considered to outweigh the risks of potential side effects.
