Silodal M Kit 50mg Capsule is a combination medication primarily used in the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)  a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland seen commonly in older men. It contains two active ingredients:

• Silodosin 8mg œ an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.

• Dutasteride 0.5mg œ a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that helps shrink the enlarged prostate over time.

Together, they improve urinary flow and reduce symptoms like frequent urination, weak stream, and the urge to urinate at night.

Silodal M Kit is manufactured by Sun Pharma and is typically available as a strip of 14 capsules, usually taken once daily after a meal or as directed by the doctor. It is not recommended for use in women and should be used with caution in patients with liver issues.
