Take Sitayes 100 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dosage is one tablet (Sitagliptin 100 mg) once daily. You can take this medicine with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. It is important to continue taking Sitayes 100 Tablet even if you feel well. Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor, as this could lead to worsening blood sugar control. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten one.

Common side effects may include: Headache Nausea Diarrhea Abdominal pain Upper respiratory tract infection Runny or stuffy nose and sore throat Less common but serious side effects can include: Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), which can cause severe stomach pain that may spread to your back.
