SITCOM contains Euphorbia Prostrata extracts that belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-hemorrhoidal agents. It is used for the management of haemorrhoids. It is also indicated for providing symptomatic relief to patients of grade 3 and 4 haemorrhoids following hemorrhoidectomy (surgery to remove haemorrhoids).

Haemorrhoids/piles are the lumps inside and around the anal area, formed due to the swelling of the veins in the anus or lower rectum which is generally classified into 4 grades based on their appearance and degree of prolapse as grade 1,2,3 & 4. It is generally characterized by symptoms such as itching, irritation, pain, discomfort, swelling, and/or bleeding in the anal area.

SITCOM is not recommended for use if you are allergic to Euphorbia Prostrata extracts, flavonoids, or any other ingredients of this medicine. It is also not recommended for use if you have bleeding disorders, liver dysfunction, or kidney dysfunction. SITCOM is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women.

It is also not recommended to be used in children and adolescents (below 18 years of age). Consult child's doctor for advice. The common side effects associated with the use of SITCOM are heart burn, abdominal discomfort and nausea. Consult your doctor if any of these symptom worsen.
