Composition:
Each tablet contains:

• Cinnarizine 20 mg
• Dimenhydrinate 40 mg

Uses:

• Vertigo (chakkar aana)
• Motion sickness
• Nausea and vomiting due to travel
• Inner ear balance disorders like Meniere’s disease

How it Works:

• Cinnarizine: Improves blood flow in the inner ear and reduces dizziness.
• Dimenhydrinate: A combination of diphenhydramine and chlorotheophylline that blocks signals in the brain causing nausea and vomiting.
  Together, they help relieve nausea, dizziness, and balance issues effectively.

Dosage:
As prescribed by the doctor. Often taken 1–2 times daily after food.

Side Effects:

• Drowsiness or sleepiness
• Dry mouth
• Stomach upset
• Headache
• Tiredness

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol and driving (can increase drowsiness)
• Use cautiously in elderly or patients with liver/kidney problems
