SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT is a combination of Beclomethasone and Mupirocin, which belong to the groups of medicines called Anti-inflammatory and Antibiotic, respectively. It is used to manage bacterial skin infections like impetigo. Bacterial skin infections develop when bacteria enter through hair follicles or through small breaks in the skin that result from scrapes, surgery, punctures, sunburn, burns, animal or insect bites, wounds, and preexisting skin disorders.

Before using SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT, inform your doctor if you have psoriasis. SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Caution should be taken while using SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT unless considered necessary.

SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT is not recommended for children under the age of one. The most common side effects of this medicine are application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. Contact your physician if any of the above symptoms worsen.

Directions of Use

Apply SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Cleanse and dry the skin to be managed. Wash your hands with soap and water, apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area of the skin, and rub it gently. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth, or inside the vagina. Do not cover, wrap, or bandage the skin unless directed by the doctor.
