- Carefully open the outer package without touching the inner sterile wrapper.
- Open the inner sterile wrapper on a clean, dry surface.
- Pick up the first glove by the folded cuff, touching only the inside surface of the cuff.
- Insert your hand into the glove, ensuring not to touch the outside surface.
- Using the gloved hand, slide your fingers under the cuff of the second glove.
- Insert your ungloved hand into the second glove, pulling it on while avoiding contact with the outer surface of the first glove.
- Once both hands are gloved, adjust the cuffs and fingers for a comfortable and secure fit, only touching the sterile outer surfaces.
- After use, carefully remove the gloves by grasping the cuff of one glove and peeling it inside out, then dispose of them immediately in appropriate medical waste bins.
