Composition:

• Telmisartan 40 mg

Uses:

• Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension)
• Helps prevent heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems in diabetic patients

How to Use:

• Take once daily at the same time every day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet whole with water

Side Effects:

• Dizziness
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Back pain
• Feeling tired

Warnings:

• Not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Use with caution in kidney or liver problems
