Tobraject D Eye Drops 10ml
A combination eye medicine used for treating bacterial eye infections that also have redness, swelling, or inflammation. It contains an antibiotic (tobramycin) to kill bacteria and a steroid (dexamethasone) to reduce irritation, swelling, and discomfort. It is commonly prescribed for conjunctivitis, post-surgery inflammation, or eye injuries where both infection control and inflammation relief are needed.
