Tol Aim-15 Tablet

Composition:

• Tolvaptan 15 mg

Use:

• Used to treat low sodium levels in the blood (hyponatremia)
• Also used in polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD)

How to Take:

• Take once daily as prescribed by your doctor
• With or without food
• Swallow with water

Common Side Effects:

• Increased thirst
• Frequent urination
• Dry mouth
• Dizziness
• Nausea

Precautions:

• Regular blood tests may be needed to check sodium and liver function
• Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Keep away from children
