Torglip M OD Tab 100/500 MG 10S

Torglip M OD is a combination medicine containing two active ingredients: Glimepiride 1 mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg. It is used to control blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Uses:

• Helps lower blood glucose by increasing insulin production and improving the body's response to insulin.
• Used when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood sugar.

Dosage:

• Usually taken once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor.
• Should be taken with meals to reduce stomach upset.

Precautions:

• Inform the doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, or any allergies.
• Monitor blood sugar regularly to avoid low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
• Avoid alcohol and notify if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Side Effects:

• Common: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset.
• Possible low blood sugar symptoms: dizziness, sweating, shaking, confusion.
