Trelegy Ellipta Powder For Inhalation is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD), a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lung is blocked. It provides relief from COPD symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness.
This medicine is for inhalation purposes only. Thus, it should not be taken by mouth. It is important to follow all the guidelines of the doctor before using it. Before using the medicine, the doctor will guide you on how to use this medicine. Use it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor.
Common cold is the most common side effect of this medicine. You may also experience side effects like fungal infection of the mouth, infection of the nose, blocked nose, cough, and headache. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, you should let your doctor know.
Do not use this medicine without consulting the doctor if you have any problems related to heart, liver, or if you have glaucoma, tuberculosis (TB), asthma, and enlarged prostate.'

Directions of Use
Check the label for directions before use. Shake the inhaler. While you are breathing in from mouth, press down on the inhaler one time to release the medication and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you have inhaled the number of puffs as suggested by the doctor.Afterwards, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out.
Side effects
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them
