**Trimegavog 2mg Tab** is prescribed for adults to **manage type 2 diabetes mellitus**. It is used when diet, exercise, and single-agent or dual-therapy medications are not sufficient to effectively control blood sugar levels. This medication contains a combination of three active ingredients: **Glimepiride, Metformin, and Voglibose**, which work together to help your body regulate and absorb circulating blood glucose, leading to improved blood sugar control.

Always take **Trimegavog 2mg Tab** exactly as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.

**Trimegavog 2mg Tab** is not suitable for everyone. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to **Glimepiride, Metformin, Voglibose**, or any other sulfonylureas or sulphonamides. It is also not recommended if you have acute conditions such as dehydration or severe infection, severe ketosis (a serious diabetes complication), severe trauma, lung problems (like acute or chronic respiratory failure), heart problems (such as acute or chronic cardiac failure or a recent heart attack), or severe kidney or liver problems. Before taking **Trimegavog 2mg Tab**, tell your doctor if you recently experienced trauma or have febrile infections, fever, uncontrolled diabetes, hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid), chronic intestinal disease, or other kidney or liver conditions.

**Trimegavog 2mg Tab** is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, as it may be harmful to the developing fetus or nursing child. It is also not advised for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. For elderly patients (75 years or older), use **Trimegavog 2mg Tab** with caution and only after consulting your doctor.

The most common side effects of **Trimegavog 2mg Tab** are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, a metallic taste, and/or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). If you experience severe or persistent side effects, please consult your doctor.
