It contains potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride as active ingredients that helps to manage the formation, growth and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys, thereby managing stones.

Potassium citrate and magnesium citrate are urine alkalinizers. They help to make the urine less acidic by raising urinary PH. This effect helps the kidneys get rid of uric acid, thereby helping to manage kidney stones. Pyridoxine helps to lower the urinary excretion of oxalate, which in turn is the major determinant od calcium oxalate dependent kidney stones.
