VENUSMIN 900MG TABLET contains Diosmin which belongs to a group of medicines called Phlebotonics. It is used in adults in the management of short-term (2-3 months) relief of symptoms associated with chronic venous insufficiency (poor flow of venous blood) along with conventional management. It is also used to manage symptoms of acute haemorrhoidal (piles).

Chronic venous insufficiency occurs when the veins in the leg don't allow blood to flow-back to the heart. Symptoms include pain, swelling, cramps, skin changes, varicose veins and leg ulcers.

VENUSMIN 900MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients having rare hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. It should be used with caution if you have liver or kidney disease. VENUSMIN 900MG TABLET is generally not recommended for use in pregnant women and breastfeeding women.

Safety data of VENUSMIN 900MG TABLET in children and adolescents under 18 years of age has not been established yet. Consult your doctor before taking it. The most common side effects of taking VENUSMIN 900MG TABLET are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and indigestion. Contact your doctor, if any of the symptoms worsen.
