Directions of Use
For cough and cold relief: Gently rub a thick layer of Vicks Vaporub 5.26% on your chest and throat, especially before bedtime. Loosen clothing around the chest to allow the soothing vapors to reach your nose and mouth. For muscle and joint aches: Apply Vicks Vaporub 5.26% to the affected area, massaging gently. This product should be used no more than three to four times daily. It is generally suitable for adults and children aged 2 years and above. Always read the label and follow directions carefully.
