Description:
Vildambic M is an oral anti-diabetic medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control high blood sugar levels when diet and exercise alone are not enough.

Composition:
Each tablet contains:

• Vildagliptin – improves insulin release and lowers glucagon levels.
• Metformin (1000 mg) – reduces glucose production in the liver and increases insulin sensitivity.

Uses:

• Helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
