VOMIKIND FAST STRIP contains Ondansetron, which belongs to a group of medicines called Anti-emetics. It is used to manage nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy or radiotherapy. VOMIKIND FAST STRIP is also used after surgeries (operation) to manage nausea and vomiting.
Before taking VOMIKIND FAST STRIP, inform your doctor if you have severe constipation, heart or liver problems, imbalance with the levels of salts in the blood, such as potassium, sodium and magnesium or if you have been scheduled for any surgery.
VOMIKIND FAST STRIP is not recommended for use during pregnancy. This medicine may pass through the breast milk hence it is not recommended during breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
The dose of VOMIKIND FAST STRIP will depends on the age, body weight and disease condition of your child. Dosage adjustment is not required in elderly patients, hence consult your doctor before taking VOMIKIND FAST STRIP.
The most common side effects of taking VOMIKIND FAST STRIP includes headache, flushing and constipation. Consult your doctor if any of these above symptoms gets worse.
