Yamoo Tablet is a dietary supplement to aid in relieving the symptoms associated with lactose intolerance such as bloating, nausea, diarrhoea, stomach pain, gas, constipation, etc. and helps the body to digest lactose easily. It contains lactase as an active ingredient that aids in lactose intolerance.

Lactase is the enzyme responsible for lactose metabolism. Lactase acts on the lactose sugar that helps in the breaking up and digestion of lactose (milk sugar) into simple sugars called glucose and galactose. Thus, results in relieving the symptoms associated with lactose intolerance. Hence, it helps you consume milk and its products in spite of being lactose intolerant.

Always take Yamoo Chewable Tablet as advised by the doctor. Chew the medicine completely before swallowing. Recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets immediately before or with first bite/sip of dairy (lactose) containing milk/drink. Take another tablet if you continue to consume dairy products after 20 to 45 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its components.
