Composition (Per Tablet)

• Teneligliptin œ 20 mg
  (DPP-4 inhibitor: improves insulin secretion and reduces sugar production)
• Dapagliflozin œ 10 mg
  (SGLT2 inhibitor: removes excess glucose through urine)
• Metformin Hydrochloride œ 1000 mg (Sustained Release)
  (Biguanide: lowers glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity)

Uses

• Helps control high blood sugar in patients with Type 2 diabetes
• Reduces the risk of diabetes-related complications (neuropathy, nephropathy, etc.)
• Effective when used along with diet and exercise

How to Use

• Take one tablet daily or as directed by your doctor
