ZODERM E CREAM contains Oxiconazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungal agents. It is used in the topical management of fungal skin infections (such as athlete's foot, Jock itch, ringworm infection, pityriasis versicolor (small, discoloured patches on the skin)).
ZODERM E CREAM is for external use only. Take the required quantity of the medicine and apply to the affected skin areas. Do not cover the affected areas after applying this medicine.
Use ZODERM E CREAM for the stipulated duration instructed by your physician to achieve better results. Failing to do so may not result in adequate infection control. Also, inform your doctor if you don't see any improvement in your condition after 2-4 weeks of therapy.
Before using ZODERM E CREAM inform your doctor if you are allergic to oxiconazole. You must also inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as a precaution.
The most common side-effects of using ZODERM E CREAM are irritation, burning sensation and/or redness at the site of application. Contact your doctor if it troubles you.
