ZOSERT 25MG TABLET is an antidepressant medication used in the management of depression, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is also used to manage recurrent depression in adults and obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents aged 6œ17 years old. Additionally, it is used to manage premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), a condition characterized by depression and irritability before menstruation in women.

It contains a medicine called sertraline which belongs to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class of medications. The medication can be taken with or without food, as directed by your doctor. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage and frequency based on your symptoms.

Typically, treatment starts with a lower dose that is gradually increased.
